Our Approach

We meet first with the Leader to understand context and priorities, and agree the coaching structure.  

Our Person-Centred Team Coaching (PCTC) approach focuses on the development of the individuals as the foundation for developing the Team. Using the tools and methods of the Coaching profession, including proprietary methods, we place a strong emphasis on Emotional Intelligence and High Performance.

Through unique and engaging Workshops we enable individuals to shift further toward a growth mindset, and collectively develop and co-create the practices of a High Performing Team.

Based on Leadership requirements, the Team workshops may also be supported by one:one coaching sessions for Leaders and individual Team members.

Individual Growth

Enabling individuals to achieve their full potential is core to our philosophy and our approach.

We interact with people from a Whole Person perspective. Through engaging exercises and discussions we seek to broaden and develop life skills such as self management and focus.

Our aim is for people to embrace their own growth, and rise to new levels of capability in areas appropriate to them.

Team Fusion

We bring a strong focus on furthering and deepening levels of trust, connection and joint ownership within the Team.

Through facilitated exercises and discussions, founded on the principle of co-creation, the Team shape with their Leadership the identity and character of the Team they choose to be.

High Performance emerges as the related mindsets, communication and behaviours are adopted as the agreed norm of the Team.

Leadership Support

Through one:one coaching, we can support Leaders in their personal and leadership goals as well as realising their intention for their Team.

The agenda for these one:one sessions is set by the Leader. We bring the tools and approaches of the Coaching profession to support the Leader in their decision making, prioritisation and progress towards their goals.
