What We Do

We focus on developing Team Performance through engaging and thought-provoking Workshops, supported as required by one-on-one coaching. Through challenging current thinking and perspectives, we work with you and your Team to build a new level of personal ownership, resilience and well-being, and establish a team dynamic founded on interpersonal trust and shared values.

Established Teams 

As a Leader of an established team, we will meet with you to understand your context and priorities.

Whether you are seeking new levels of Team performance, preparing your team for change, or the new Leader coming into an established Team, we will work with you to shape an agenda focused on achieving your objectives.

Based on your priorities, we will agree the Workshop structure and focus, including any requirement for one:one coaching.

New Teams 

A newly formed team offers both opportunities and challenges. It is an opportunity to embed the desired principles and norms of High Performance from the outset. At the same time, the bringing together of individuals who have not previously worked together, or for this new purpose, leads to an inevitable period of shaping and refining.

We will work with you to help move more effectively and rapidly through these early teaming stages, and establish the individual and collective mindsets and behaviours – such that the Team may co-create and target the practices of High Performance.

Project Teams 

We work with Project Teams through all stages of the Project Life Cycle.

Whether your Project Team is mobilising, developing its requirements, scope and plan, or in the Design, Build, Test or Deployment stages, our Workshops are focused on more rapidly developing team cohesion and performance.

As Project Leadership, we meet with you to understand your context, status and objectives and shape a Workshop structure aimed at fast-pathing through the Forming, Storming, Norming stages to more rapidly reach the Performing stage.
