About Brian Morrow

Brian combines over 25 years team management experience in Management Consultancy, with a passion for people development and high performing teams, and has been engaged in Coaching for close to 15 years. .

His extensive teaming and team management experience gained through programme and project delivery has spanned multiple industries. These include Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage, Financial Services, Health, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Industrial Products, Consumer Products, Aerospace and Automotive.

Brian’s work in teams has extended from Team mobilisation through to project implementation and operational management. He brings a passion for building individual team members, and fostering an environment and mindset for team members and leadership to co-create the dynamics of a great team.

Brian holds a BSc In Psychology (First), an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Distinction), an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching, and an Advanced Diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing. He is a Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
